Furthermore, Baila’s attention to detail and comprehensive understanding of media dynamics & consumer behavior ensure her work is meticulously executed for maximum impact.

Baila is originally from the suburbs of Philadelphia. In 2022, she graduated with cum laude honors from University of Miami, where she obtained a B.S.C. in broadcast journalism, advertising, and entrepreneurship. She was on the President's & Provost's Honor Roll and Dean's List all four years. Baila has also received notable accolades for her writing,  including the Columbia Scholastic Press Association Award in 2019 and 1st place at the Sunshine State Awards in 2022.    

Now in New York City, in her downtime she enjoys sampling $1 pizzas, strolling the city with friends, and pleasure reading at her local coffee shop.
